महाभुकम्पले भत्केको; बाढीपहिराले थिल्थिलो पारेको; बन्द हडताल, नाकाबन्दीले छट्पटिएको अनि शोसकहरुले निचोरिएको नेपाली मन..... मर्यादित मानसिक स्वास्थ्य सेवा खाली नारा नबनोस् : एक सपना सहि देख्न नछाडौं । आजका लागि यत्ति नै शुभकामना । 

भुखाचं दुंगु, खुसिबाः चलं वयाः थले जुगु, बन्द हडताल नाकाबन्दीं वाथावाथा कंगु अले शोसकतपाखें तिसिना वांछ्वगु नेपामिया मन .......... मर्यादित मानसिक स्वास्थ्य सेवा नारा जक मजुइमा : छगु म्हगस हे सहि, खंकेगु तोमते । थौंयात थुलि हे भिन्तुना ।

-    कति लामो कुरा र जाँच हो भनेर मनोस्वास्थ्य परीक्षणको टिप्पणाी गरेको पनि सुन्छु म ।
-    कुरै मात्र गरियो, शुल्क पचाउने तरीका भनी आवश्यक मात्र औषधी लेख्ने चिकित्सकको खिल्ली उदाएको साक्षी पनि भइन्छ बेला मौका ।
-    रगत, एक्सरे वा यस्ता केहि जाँच बिना र स्टेथेस्कोप केहि नलाई पनि कतै जाँच हुन्छ ! मानसिकका डाक्टरको कस्तो तरीका !
